Your Rights

As a UK located company we fully comply with UK consumer law including Distance selling Regulations giving our customers protection and confidence when purchasing from us. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns

Bikesales4u conforms to the Distance Selling Regulations for Mail Order purchases giving you the right to cancel an order or return goods if already received up to seven days from receipt.

If you have cause to return an item please contact us in the first instance by emailing info@bikesales4u.com as we may be able to resolve the problem without incurring postage costs. If the item needs to be returned we will email you a returns form to accompany the item.

If you have purchased a ‘’custom’’ build bike or wheels that have been specifically built to your own specification we are not obliged to exchange or make a refund. However, we will endeavour to help you out and see what can be done.

Postage and Delivery

All postage and delivery is charged at cost. When your order is despatched you will be informed by email along with the tracking number.

VAT (Valued Added Tax)

All prices include VAT at the current standard UK rate of 15% and payable by all customers purchasing within the EU. For non EU or other tax free regions please contact us by email at info@bikesales4u.com and we will process your order minus the VAT and sort out any customs declarations that you might require.

Ordering and Payment Methods

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards through our on-line shopping cart through either Google Checkout or PayPal.

Should you incur a problem paying on-line please email us at info@bikesales4u.com and we will endeavour to sort it out for you. The most common error when paying on-line is where the delivery address is different to the card holders address.

If you prefer to order off-line please send us an email to info@bikesales4u.com giving your contact telephone number and we will call you back to discuss your order and process it manually. We accept (£) Sterling Postal Orders, Personal Cheques (£), Sterling Bank Drafts (£) or Bank Transfers in both Sterling (£) or Euros.

Credit Card Payment Security

We use third party Credit Card processing by established and recognised providers where information is protected by SSL, the industry standard encryption technology that makes it impossible for unauthorised parties to read or obtain any information that has been entered. This means we never see or retain your credit card details.

Cookies are used to store and track website activities on your computer. All shopping sites use cookies and if you disable them the sites will not function.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and therefore do not share or use any information provided by yourself when ordering except for the sole purpose of processing your order efficiently. For some UK, EU and all International orders the courier or shipping company may require your telephone number to help with the delivery of your purchase.
