DUELL frames are painted and finished by the Dutch company BCP Special Paint Works who for many years have been painting many famous brands including herlakkingen of GAZELLE and special designs for Leontien van Moorsel and Theo Bos.

All frames are bare BCS syringe supplied including frame and forks. Frames are first freed of grease and then sandblasting with any carbon fiber rear forks being specially covered preventing damage during blasting. After sandblasting the frame is checked and then lightly sanding so the paint can adhere and finally etched to prevent rust under the paint.

After the etching process, the frames go into the oven to the correct temperature for the primer. For painting the different colors or text on the frame, various templates are used to allow the text to be smoothed out on the frame and dispenses with the use of stickers . Frames are then two layer coated, shinned and protected.

The DUELL Passion, Passion Classic and Vogue VS and Vogue VSO framesets are currently available in the following colours. Red, Orange, Light Blue, Dark Blue, Black, Grey and White.
