The classically elegant Italian city bike CORVO CITTA Uomo is the initial concept of BELLA CIAO.

CORVO CITTA Uomo is built on a classic Italian bike frame which we slightly modified in geometry and size to meet the everyday needs of a modern urban clientele. A traditional bike manufacturer in northern Italy carefully produces the hand crafted frames for Bella Ciao.

The name CORVO CITTA is composed from Corvo = Raven and Città = City and so stands for that bird, that as a crow chooses the city as its habitat and which moves freely and joyfully in any terrain.

CORVO CITTA is a single-speed bicycle. Single-speed bicycles are the ideal vehicle for roaming around in the city. The sensation of riding a single-speed bike basically comes from the smoothness of the direct power transmission. Bicycling becomes a continuous flow and it is therefore more agile, more playful, and a bit more elegant. It becomes rather more a state of mind than a mere physical act.

Alternatively we can also supply the BELLA CIAO CORVO CITTA bikes with a Shimano Nexus 3-speed internal gear hub should the customer prefer.

The chain guard is colour coordinated with the frame colour to perfect the overall elegant design of the bicycle. CORVO CITTA is light, robust and versatile in the classic Italian style. Price for the single speed is £599 and for the 3 speed is £699.
