Beautiful hand polished bars

All BELLA CIAO Componenti Speciali handlebars are made of 7075 aluminum and are hand polished. Polishing aluminum tubes is a remarkably dirty job with a rotating tool and cannot be automated. The result is a subtle shine surface effect, very similar to the vintage Cinelli or TTT-components. These bars are hand-crafted exclusively for BELLA CIAO by a small specialized workshop in Germany to BELLA CIAO’s own specifications. Diameter of bars is 22,2mm with a clamp diameter (for the stem) of 25,4mm.

Pletscher Rear Rack CS

The Pletscher Rear Rack CS is a true design classic. In the cycling boom of the 70s Pletscher made the company world famous by designing this raised two snap rear rack capable of carrying bulky loads such as ‘’wine boxes’’. The rack design has been copied many times since then – the legendary quality of the original, however, remains unmatched. The rack is made from polished die cast aluminum in Switzerland, and weighs in at 520g.

Luce Dynamo Lighting Set

The ”Luce” high quality front wheel dynamo lighting set has the rear light cable routed through the frame and concealed inside the mudguard, retaining the smooth and uncluttered looks of the Bella Ciao bike. Fitted with Halogen bulbs for excellent illumination. Available as an optional extra on both the Corvo Citta Donna ladies and the gents Uomo city bikes and priced at £65.

BELLA CIAO CS Leather Grips

CIAO BELLA Componenti Speciali leather grips are handmade in a small company in Italy called Veneto manufacturing. The leather grips are water resistant and hand-stitched with a cross stitch.

The ergonomic shape and material provide an excellent grip and resistance to damp conditions.

They are available in both full grip size, or a shortened version for ‘’twist grip’’ gear shifters and colors: ‘Black’ or ‘Honey’ and priced at £35. To order simple click here.
